Coaching with Marc

Making sense of where you are. Finding your way forward.

I'm Marc, a coach. Wherever we meet — by video, in person, or outdoors — we'll talk honestly about where you are, what matters to you, and what you want to do differently. Whether you're navigating a big life transition, exploring personal growth, or simply feeling stuck and wanting to move again — we'll find the way through together.

Coaching that fits around you

Coaching works best when it fits you, not the other way round. We might meet online by video, sit down together in person, or walk and talk outdoors — whatever suits the conversation.

Nature and movement can be part of a session when it feels useful, or when you'd like to work that way — especially if you're local. They're not something every session needs.

Wherever we meet, the aim is the same: an honest conversation about what's going on, and what you want to do about it. I work with people facing life transitions, career and identity shifts, and — often, though not exclusively — men navigating what it means to grow into themselves. Some clients come with a specific question. Others just know something needs to change.

A space to be yourself

Coaching gives you time to pause, think and talk about what's really going on.

You don't need to arrive with everything worked out. That's part of what we'll work on together.

I'll listen, ask questions and challenge you when it matters. I'll help you stay focused on what you want to achieve, while giving you space to be honest about what's getting in the way. This isn't therapy, and it isn't generic life coaching either — it draws on counselling skills, men's mental health training, and years of my own inner work, so the conversation can go as deep as you need it to, whatever you're bringing to it.

About Marc

I've been doing this kind of work for a long time, both with myself and alongside other people.

After a difficult period in my life, I asked for help. That led me into silent retreats, years of personal development, and training in coaching, counselling skills and men's mental health. I'm an accredited transformational coach (MOE Foundation), trained in BACP counselling skills and NCFE-certified in men's mental health.

Since then, I've worked with teenage boys in rites of passage gatherings, written two books, and developed my own approach to coaching.

Today, I work with people who want to understand what's going on in their lives, make changes and move forward. Sometimes we'll do that outdoors, sometimes on a call.

In their own words

Every session with Marc feels like I unlock a new piece of the magic that's inside me. He holds such beautiful space and listens deeply — not just to what I say, but to the subtle shifts in my body language and tone.
Jade — Wellness Coach
I'm only two sessions in and I've already had some major revelations. The way he guides you creates a real sense of possibility — you genuinely start to feel hopeful and excited about what's ahead.
Karen — Stylist
Five sessions in, I've booked a trip around Mexico and Guatemala — something I'd wanted to do for ages. Marc helped me see what I actually needed, not just what I thought I should want.
LJ — Electrician
Marc has listened and helped me understand how I work best — what I want to place my intention into, and how to harness and mobilise my energy. A brilliant experience I will continue to access.
Dr A Ward — Postdoctoral Researcher
